At StimShirt, every item is printed on demand, just for you. Because each product is made to order, please review the details below before placing your order.
Made-to-order products
All of our t-shirts are custom printed at the time you place your order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Buyer's remorse
Please review our size guide carefully before ordering to make sure you choose the right fit.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.
To file a claim, please contact us at StimShirt@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the defect, damage, or wrong item
Once your claim is approved, we will reprint and reship your item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was not delivered, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
