Processing (production) time

All of our products are made to order. We need a little time to print and prepare your items before they ship. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is dispatched.

Shipping time

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–5 business days
International: 7–20 business days (varies by destination)

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. For most US orders, please allow roughly 5–12 business days from the date you place your order.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
International shipping rates, where available, are calculated at checkout.

Where your order ships from

Our products are produced and shipped through our print-on-demand partner's fulfillment centers. Orders within the United States are typically printed and shipped from US-based facilities.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs and import duties (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
